Chevrolet Centre AccessibilityAs you enjoy a wide variety of sports and entertainment events at the Chevrolet Centre, it is our goal to make your visit with us a positive experience. Our staff is committed to upholding the expectations of all who attend our many events. You will find the Chevrolet Centre to be a user-friendly building. It is accessible and provides a safe and comfortable environment. Our Guest Services Staff are trained to provide service excellence with an understanding of how to accommodate any guest's special needs. The Chevrolet Centre is designed to be an "arena for everyone." The following will give you helpful information of policies, procedures and amenities offered to make your visits to us memorable and enjoyable. For information or assistance, Guest Services is located at the main entrance across from Section 201 and can be reached at anytime by calling 330-746-5600 - ext. 5192 or ext. 5183. First Aid during events can be reached by calling ext. 5191.
Patrons can also expect to be patted down in many occasions before entering the Chevrolet Centre for events. How to Purchase TicketsPurchasing tickets for a Chevrolet Centre event is a simple and convenient process for everyone. Prior to placing your ticket order, please advise the ticket representative if you require special seating accommodations. Will you be needing a wheelchair? Will you be using your own wheelchair? Is it possible to go up or down 1 or 2 steps? The Chevrolet Centre ticket office is located at 229 East Front Street and the Main Entrance to the Centre. It is open Monday through Friday from 10-6 p.m. Cash and most major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. Per ticket facility fees and service charges may apply. SteelHounds and Mahoning Valley Thunder full season tickets plans are available in accessible seating locations. Free ParkingFree parking for guests attending all events at the Chevrolet Centre is available at the USA Federal Garages located at the corner of Federal Plaza East and Champion Street, one block north of the Chevrolet Centre. Each parking garage has a limited number of designated spaces to accommodate vehicles with the appropriate international handicap access symbol. These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Limited space (with 9'6" clearance) is available for vans in these garages. Other parking options include a variety of surface lots located within a five to ten minute walk of the Centre. Be advised that they do charge for parking and are in no way connected with or responsible to the Chevrolet Centre. Park there at you own risk. On-Site ParkingOn-site parking has a limited number of designated spaces to accommodate vehicles with the appropriate international handicap access symbol. Spaces available are marked with the international handicap access symbol per Ohio Code. These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis free of charge. There is a disability entrance located directly across from these spaces on the left end of the south plaza entrance to the Centre. Prior arrangements for a wheelchair escort can be made to and from this location by calling the Event Manager' Office at 330-746-5192. All Centre entrances are street level. Drop-Off / Pick-Up AreaThe drop-off/pick up area is located near the west end of the building in front of the Steel Hounds store. The VIP entrance is to the left of this location as well. Due to altered traffic patterns pedestrian traffic, there may be a delay in accessing this location and Front Street following an event. Prior arrangements for a wheelchair escort can be made to and from this location by calling the Event Manager' Office at 330-746-5192. All Centre entrances are street level. WRTA
