Box Office

Monday Through Friday

The Covelli Centre Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM. During events we will be open normal event operating hours and for "on sale" days, we will be operating the published/pre-scheduled times.

Saturday and Sunday

For scheduled events/games the box office will be open 3 hours before show/game time. For event on-sales the box office will be open from 10AM until 2PM.

Ticket Availability

Tickets available online at Ticketmaster.com, at our Retail Locations, including Giant Eagle, or charge by phone at 330-747-1212 (Toll Free Express Line: 866-448-7849). Tickets are also available at the Covelli Centre Box Office.

The Covelli Centre is an ADA friendly building; it is accessible and comfortable to accommodate your special needs. To better accommodate your needs, Covelli Centre has requested that all special seating accommodations be solicited only through their representatives.

• Automatic doors are located at each entrance to the Covelli Centre.
• Wheelchairs are available for customers use, they can be found at the VIP entrance, but we cannot reserve wheelchairs in advance. If a guest requires a wheelchair it would be advisable to provide your own as the Covelli Centre cannot guarantee the availability of a wheelchair.
• Each of the 6 men's and 8 women's restrooms as well as the 2 unisex/family restrooms on the main floor are handicap accessible. The Suites level has an additional 6 handicap accessible restrooms.
• Each of the restrooms is displayed in Braille.
• Water fountains throughout the building are wheelchair height accessible.
• Handicap seating is located at section 204, and at 218. Both sections have ramps and can accommodate a companion. In addition to these areas we provide a row of seating above the main bowl (section 219-222) row "T" that can accessed via the elevator located at the entrance to the VIP section. Any usher supervisor will be happy to give special needs seating choices if they are available.
